Amys magic egg free chocolate cake!




This is the BEST chocolate cake ever. So moist you could squish it into a ball and eat it in one sitting. That might be a confession.... and whatever you do - DOUBLE the frosting.

3 cups flour
2 c sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups water
3/4 cups veg oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp vinegar

Throw in the dry ingredients, add the wet. Toss in the kitchen aid and mix. Batter will be thin.
Bake 350 for 25 mins in a 9x13 pan. (sometimes mine take longer)

FROSTING:
3 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
2 cups pwdr sugar
1/3 c cocoa
dash salt
3T milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
