Quick Chick Dinner on the Grill

This is the BEST Chicken marinade EVER and the EASIEST yummy dinner. The best part, is that you dont have to soak your meat overnight or even for 1 hour for it to flavor through. If you have 15-20 minutes you're good to go.

This recipe prepares 2 large or 3 small chicken breasts
Marinade Ingredients:

1/3 cup of soy sauce
1/3 cup of Apricot or peach Jam
3 T of chopped Garlic
3T Sesame Oil
3T cooking wine
1 T balsamic vinegar

Defrost chicken. toss in heavy duty ziploc baggy and pound out with a meat mallet to 1/2" thick. Dump marinade into baggy and let sit as long as you like. All day in the fridge, overnight, or just 20 minutes - its up to you.

Grill or bake chicken. Serve on a toasted bun with a grilled pineapple slice, melted swiss cheese and a slice of ham.
