Crab and Lobster Bisque Lasagna

 * not my photo - thanks google image search!

Last night I had a mad scientist moment and invented this lasagna. I loved it and will make it again! Super easy (much easier than regular lasagna. It was ready to bake in 5 minutes. ) Hart and Jory liked it -- their kids did not!

Ingredients:
1 bag of finely shredded mozzerella cheese
1 bag of grated parmesan
2 cans of crab
1 container of Lobster Bisque soup (got mine at fred meyer, but costco also carries it. )
1 box lasagna noodles
4 ounces of cream cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
 salt and pepper

Method:
Boil noodles, set aside
In kitchen aid beat cream cheese till soft. Add cottage cheese, crab meat, and egg. Stir together gently. ( I also added about 1/4 cup of both shredded cheeses to this)

In 9x13 pan layer these ingredients:
soup
noodles
crab mixture - topped with handfuls of grated cheese
soup
noodles
crab mixture toped with more cheese
soup
noodles

After you place your last layer of noodles, dump the remaining soup over the entire lasagna and sprinkle all the remaining cheese over the top.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes (remove foil for last 15 minutes)
* We ate this with warm crusty bread and salad with the apple cake for dessert
