Succulent Salmon Marinade

3 cloves garlic, crushed
Juice of 1 whole lemon, approx. 1/3 c.
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. poupon mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1/4 tsp. basil
Combine all ingredients and pour into Ziploc bag, along with 4 defrosted Costco salmon steaks. Marinade fish overnight. Grill or bake. Serve with mashed potatoes and asparagus!
